The collet and stopper, which are typically bolted in place, can be replaced without bolts. Integrated or separate collet and stopper designs are available to suit specific applications.

Quick-Change Chuck Body

Conventional chuck replacement requires removing the jaws and stopper. With this design, however, the chuck can be replaced using only three bolts while leaving the jaws and stopper in place.

No Re-Centering Required After Replacement

No re-centering adjustment is required, even after replacing the collet or chuck body.
Machining can be resumed immediately after replacement.
